Badiri Engineering Solutions is a full-service leak repair company. BES repairs leaks on gas, liquid, and steam piping.
The bulk of these repairs are made in the integrated steel plants, refineries, chemical plants, pulp/paper mills, and power plants, but can be done in any industrial/commercial setting.
These types of repairs can be made on mostly any substrate and done on a wide variety of pressures and temperatures.
BES will repair the leaks using proprietary methods without shutdown or isolation of the system/unit, avoiding costly downtime by keeping critical systems in operation.
BES utilizes a variety of clamps and sealants to repair these leaks. The most suitable tape for a steam pipe or extreme temperature repair is silicone repair tape. A silicon repair tape is capable of resisting temperatures up to 2000C and pressure up to 30 bars.
On superheated steam (temperatures above 2000C and pressure above 30 bar), we precise measurement and engineered a box-clamp. We install clamp over the leak and special purpose leak-sealing compound NESL-2H. When wrapped around a pipe, it fuses into a solid rubber band over the area requiring repair completely sealing the leak.
BES also offers 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE to address your leaks quickly and avoid any safety or environmental concerns, which overall, will minimize your costs.
